The deadline for having all report envelopes returned to United Way Fox Cities is December 5th.
It is important that we receive a copy of all completed pledge forms so we may properly process donor designations and appropriately recognize contributions.
Important Note: Please submit all cash/check pledges and special event money in a timely manner to avoid delay in bank processing of co-workers checks.
